Considerations

Writing out reports manually is very time-consuming. Employees have to go over a recording and soon spend hours creating and summarising a report. With the AI algorithm, this can be done in minutes.

Human intervention

A person checks the reports against the fully automatically generated transcript. If there is then any doubt, the original audio recording is used.

Risk management

Data is automatically deleted after 30 days and is not used to train or improve the model.

Technical design

The AI algorithm helps to convert a sound recording to text as accurately as possible. Using another AI algorithm, this transcript can be converted into an accurate report. Yet another AI algorithm can summarise the report.
