Responsible use

Goal and impact

We see AI as the beginning of a major change in how we work. With this technology, many different fields of expertise come together. Therefore, it is important that people with different knowledge work together, such as in the areas of security, information, privacy and communication. In this way, we can properly and safely deal with the great opportunities as well as the risks of AI.

Considerations

Rules and guidelines have been created and shared so that employees can use AI properly and responsibly.

Human intervention

According to current rules, any text created with AI must always be checked by the user himself. If necessary, a colleague also looks in. This is called the four-eye principle. Only then may the text be used.

Risk management

Clear rules have been created for the responsible use of AI that can create texts. This way, employees know what is and is not allowed. Efforts are also being made to increase knowledge within the organisation. This is done through communication, training and explanation on how to handle AI properly. AI is also an important topic within the organisation's existing rules and controls.

Operations

Data

The existing rules on safe handling of information, privacy and sharing of information continue to apply. Employees must take these into account when using CoPilot. Additional rules and guidelines have also been created for the responsible use of AI within the organisation. These are in line with the new AI legislation.
