NotuBiz Videosearch makes meetings easily searchable. The search engine searches through the meeting subtitles. Meeting subtitles can also be summarised using artificial intelligence (AI). You can search by words, topics or speakers. This allows you to quickly find the right part of a meeting and watch the original video.

Goal and impact

The aim is to make council meetings and information easy to find for residents, councillors and staff. This creates more openness and makes democratic processes more accessible. The system does not take decisions and does not directly affect residents. The system does not give opinions itself.

Considerations

We looked at privacy and risk. Meetings are public. Sometimes personal data or sensitive information appears, but the system does not use it for profiles or scores. Therefore, we consider the risk low.

Human intervention

Users always see the original video or documents. The system only provides search results and summaries. There is no automatic decision-making.
