Considerations

The dashboard centralises information from different data sources, providing insight and transparency and allowing managers to make data-driven decisions. Without the dashboard, managers would have to read multiple data sources themselves; this solution saves extra reading and navigation work.

Human intervention

The dashboard provides an overview of information and does not make recommendations, decisions or predictions. A four-eye principle applies to the work of the analysts who build the dashboards to ensure the accuracy of the data. Because managers draw their own conclusions based on the information provided, human intervention between the output and any consequences for employees is adequately regulated. No automatic decisions are made.

Risk management

The dashboard has no direct risks for employees, citizens or the organisation because it only presents steering information and does not make decisions. The main residual risks concern the quality and completeness of the underlying data from P-Direkt, for which the four-eye principle has been set up as a mitigating measure.
