Residents can use the Fixi app to report problems in public spaces, such as litter, a broken lamp post or flooding. The algorithm helps process the reports automatically and anonymise them so that the right department can deal with them quickly and safely.

Based on language technology, personal and company names are read and filtered out of text files such as emails and individual documents.

The algorithm underlines personal data in documents. An employee has to look at all pages and check whether the document is properly anonymised.
